Seychelles companies are not required by law to have, nor to sign docs under, a corporate seal.

Whilst we can have a seal made in Seychelles the quality is often poor, it’s expensive to obtain and it takes a long time to be made (as long as 2 weeks).

For clients resident outside of Seychelles it would be cheaper and quicker for you to have one made at home. (Generally speaking you’ll also get a seal of greater quality).
